THE LAST DAYS OF AUGUST

Airliner is basically a solo project from Kristian
Rosengren of Aerospace. He’s been writing beautiful and slow pop
songs for years and his debut, a split 7” single on Labrador Records,
released in 1999. A single which sold out quickly and gained a very
good reputation among the pop loving kids around the world.
In the spring of 2002, the time was right to
start recording the Airliner debut album, »the last days of
august«. Johan Angergård of Club 8 and Acid House Kings
was hired as producer and the album was recorded in the famous Summersound
Studios in Stockholm.
The result is here: ten sad and sensitive pop
songs about love and loss. For fans of: Trembling Blue Stars, Club
8 and The Montgolfier Brothers.
